Ducie’s Diary: December 2022

Nothing (writerly) to see here

It has been my custom for the past few years to take December off in order to prepare for the holiday season and rest after eleven months of writing, editing and marketing my books.

As you read this, I will be curled up in front of an open fire with a good book and a warming drink, whiling away the time between meals and trying to come up with unusual ideas for charades. Normal service will be resumed in January.

However you celebrate the end of one year and the transition to another, I hope you are having a great time.

Here’s to a happy, healthy and peaceful New Year for us all.
